Mechanical Sales Warehouse Addition

Johnston, IA – Mechanical Sales needed additional warehouse space at their offices, Johnston.  An addition to the existing precast building was completed in 2020.  The addition is just over 6,000 SF and gives them the ability to drive trucks straight through the warehouse for easy unloading.  The addition also created a Training/Skill Development Lab area.
